Volunteer scheduling, and pastoral care tracking with appropriate confidentiality. Multi-site with consolidated and per-site reporting for churches with branches in several countries.

  Pentecostal and charismatic churches of 100 to 5,000 members, often running several services a week across more than one site.

• Diaspora congregations

  Congregations in the UK, US and Canada, including those whose members and giving are split between countries.

• Churches with branches abroad

  Churches with branches in several countries that need consolidated and per-site reporting in multiple currencies.

The problem

Church management software is built for suburban American congregations.

It assumes card giving, one currency, one country, a single Sunday service and members who use email.

It does not handle mobile money, does not handle a congregation split between Accra and London, does not handle midweek services and all-night prayer, and does not handle a WhatsApp-first membership.

So these churches run on spreadsheets and a treasurer's notebook.
